This year’s election will be for two (2) vacancies of the Board of Directors. The incumbents are Kathryn Oswald and Rosemary Stoner. If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please see the information below.

To become a candidate for the Board of Directors of Baptist Regional Medical Federal Credit Union, a nominee must meet the following criteria:
1. They must be a member in good standing of the Credit Union which means (a) they must not have had a loan denied for credit reasons and (b) must not be on the delinquent loan list.

2. Each candidate must present to the Nominating Committee a letter of endorsement from their department head which gives them permission to attend Board or other local meetings during working hours and occasional out of town meetings. The Board meets regularly once a month.

3. The candidate must indicate in writing to the Nominating Committee their desire to become involved in Credit Union work and a willingness to attend Credit Union meetings on their own time.

4. The letter of endorsement from the department head and the candidate’s own letter must reach the Nominating Committee by Friday, March 12, 2010.

When an individual accepts the responsibility of a Board member, it is not to be taken lightly. You will be working as a volunteer for all members of the Credit Union in areas considered being significant and important.
